1. Do all of your items ship from the USA?
Jsfash is a small business currently based in New York City and CA warehouse. Your items will be shipped from the New York City or CA to fulfillment of the item you ordered.
2. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can. There are two types of order cancellation:
First: Cancelling a paid order.
If you haven't received the shipping notification, you can cancel this order under "My Order". Or you can contact our Customer Service firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
Second. Cancelling an unpaid order:
An unpaid order will be canceled automatically after 12 hours. Or please log into your account >> click on "My Order" and click on the "Cancel Order" button. Your order will be cancelled.
Please note: that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for a refund.

2. Find the order in "My Order", click the “Return Item” button.
3. Select the item(s), indicate the reasons, and submit.
4. Print the return label and securely tape it on the outside of your return package. ( Ensure that there are no other tracking labels attached to your package. )
5. Drop off the package to closest post office.
Once we get returned items, we will arrange refund ASAP.
6. If it is a case of exchange, the buyer would be responsible for the shipping fee for exchange item.

We hope you love what you ordered. But in case you don't --perhaps it's a little too big or the style just isn't you-- we'll send you a new size or style, or gladly offer returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Return fee of $6.00 will be deducted from your refund if you use the label we've provided to you.

You have a maximum of 30 days from the date you receive your order to return an item.
You will only be reimbursed for products that are not washed, worn or damaged. All original tags must be attached.
Once your eligible for return, you will refunded within 3-5 business days of the date the package is received.
Refunds will take place via the original payment method selected for the order: the amount for the returned items will be credited to your account.
